Toxic work environment - Manufacturing Technician Alpha Aromatics Employee Review

We always appreciate input from our current and past employees. However, we need to point out some inaccuracies in your review. The following rebuttals have been provided by our CFO, CEO and the Alpha team. First off, we not only pay our employees well, we have provided company wide annual increases over the past 4 years and we have made significant matching contributions to company 401Ks. Further, there have never been any complaints by other employees about any management abusing or bullying anybody within our organization. We wouldn't stand for that kind of behavior. Additionally, our key management have decades of experience in operations and the perfume manufacturing industry. In fact, our chief perfumer is both VP of Alpha, but also of the American Society of Perfumers. Never have there been any complaints about the management policies we employee, so we're a bit surprised, if not confused, by your comment. With that, we'd ask that you please adjust your review or remove it. Thank you, HR Management.
