Been working at Alphaconnect Las Vegas shortly after they opened the doors for this location. I love the environment they are creating. Lots of room for growth opportunities, with good staff that really do want to help and see you succeed. Great systems in place with a great paid training program. Once you learn to get over the type of calls they handle. It becomes an easy job. The people are easy to work with also.

Calls can be a bit escalated most of the time. Once you understand why most customers call. It becomes easier to deal with.
