I am very sorry to hear about the experiences you describe in this post. The wellbeing, motivation and satisfaction of our teams are incredibly important and, as an employer, we are committed to providing a working environment that is open, inclusive, safe and supportive.
As a member of the management team, I care deeply about the experience of everyone working at Alpha. We stand against harassment and bullying of any kind, and there are multiple channels within Alpha via which employees can report concerns - including anonymously - to ensure that we are able to handle any concern or complaint sensitively, confidentially and comprehensively.
From your entry, I cannot tell if you are a current or former employee of Alpha - but if you are still with the firm, I would encourage you to reach out (via any of these channels) so that we can understand more about the situation you describe, provide appropriate support and investigate further.
Whilst consulting is, by its nature, a demanding profession that does require periods of higher intensity, we work hard to try to ensure that our team is supported in achieving a sustainable long-term work/life balance. Our support framework, which includes our dedicated HR team, wellbeing champions and external professional employee support, is there for anyone that may be feeling stressed, stretched or overworked – and we regularly remind our employees to seek advice, ask for assistance and raise concerns - both work and non-work related.
If you are still an employee, or even if you have left Alpha, I would welcome the opportunity to connect and discuss these matters further. Many thanks.
Sarah Peacock(Managing Director)
