I will say, Alpha Gam has great flexibility with their employees on schedules and whatnot.
Cons
I was fired without reason or notice after a year and a half of dedication to branding and designing collateral for Alpha Gam. Every one of my employee reviews was great and I was never given any feedback letting me know that I needed to improve on or change anything. As a matter of fact, I was recently given a bonus and a raise for my work. I would sometimes even put in loooong weeks of overtime just to keep the organization afloat. I spoke with HR about how exhausted I was with what was being required of me and my concerns with how management was treating my time. I was told that it was safe to voice my concerns regarding this position’s impact on my mental health to HR. However, shortly after I was reassured that things would change for the better, I was fired with no explanation. You will not be appreciated in this organization. I have been nothing but an asset and was tossed away like trash for a reason as secret as this society. You deserve better, so run run as fast as you can from this circus and go find an employer that will treat you well! :)
