      Pros

      Psychological safety, fair treatment for employees and a good place to explore your potential to be the best version of yourself. Leadership has vision and the capability to follow through on it. One of the nicest aspects is leadership personally and consistently checks in with customers as well as employees and course corrects to best support them. Also one of the few places where leadership not only practices active listening for employee feedback but actually considers them.

      Cons

      As with any other company there are and will be growing pains. However the current leadership team has the qualities needed to successfully navigate these challenges and continue to support their employees and customers which is what should matter.

      Pay was above market salaries for the role. Now I know why.

      Cons

      -Horrible management and leadership, zero empathy or support, very combative and degrading. -Horrible HR staff, combative and immature, zero empathy or support. -As consultants billing to the client, the expectation is you work/bill full 40hr weeks to the client but AO leaders schedule mid day status calls with zero clue you are busy supporting the client and billing. If you do not prepare or attend the AO calls, your manager will make snarky degrading comments like 'you would know that if you attended the weekly status calls!!' Zero clue on what the consultants are going through to support clients. It is a disaster.
