Alpha One provides a supportive and collaborative work environment where staff are encouraged to take initiative and contribute beyond their core responsibilities. As an Administration Assistant, I gained valuable experience in student services, records management, scheduling, and handling enquiries. The team is approachable and always willing to help, which makes it a great environment to develop organisational and communication skills. The role also gave me strong exposure to multitasking and customer service in a fast-paced setting.

Like many small education providers, the pace can be busy and you often need to juggle multiple tasks at once. However, this also provides a good learning experience if you’re looking to build resilience and adaptability.

+ Management is super friendly + Kids are relatively easy to tutor + Classes are small (max 8) + Mediocre base-pay but absurd bonuses which are very easy to achieve

- Can be difficult to get hours, especially during term 2 since year 6 selective classes don't roll over from term 1
