      Pros

      Good people in my particular group. Benefits and 401k are pretty good.

      Cons

      Poor raises called merit, but barely at COL. Not much incentive to improve. Some people are very stuck in their ways. Lack of opportunities for advancement.

      Managers are fair and really do help you succeed.

      Coworkers are pretty friendly. Family owned.

      Cons

      Management is out of touch. Lack of proper training. HR IS NEVER THERE. Lack of communication. Lots of OT. High turnover. Not climate controlled. Low pay.
