The "benefit" of working from home is not even worth all the problems that exist in this horrible company. The mid-level management is littered with philipino mediocre staff who only know how to suck blood from their subordinates. They have ZERO accounting knowledge and only know how to copy paste a few functions like brainless idiots. The HR is as useless as the letter "P" in Pneumonia. Evaluation process is a joke. They don't even have basic standards to judge performance. Plenty of internal politics to stall growth. Your IQ would decrease substantially just by talking to the idiots running that place.
