      Pros

      Alpha Seven Energy makes everyone feel like family! I have just completed my one year with the company, and by my personal experience, they truly take their time to get to know you as an individual as well as take their time to train and equip you for the task at hand. Even during the pandemic, they were always supporting us and making it a safe work environment for putting our needs and health first before anything else. I can see myself really go far in Alpha Seven Energy because I know they allow you to grow and guide you every step of the way.

      Everything about working for Alpha Seven Energy is a pro! Flexibility, working from home during times like these, proper training, management, etc. From the time I started working for Alpha Seven Energy (ASE), I've always felt like I was working with family and friends.

      Pros

      Great work culture and employees. They care about every person who works in the office. They truly care about helping individuals and are very flexible when it comes to personal needs. The atmosphere is very relaxed and inviting. Everyone gets along very well and makes it fun to work. Each day is a new challenge and presents obstacles to keep you on your feet. I love working here and look forward to having a long, prosperous career where the sky is truly the limit.

      Cons

      The later hours can be somewhat tiring, but worth it in the long run.
