Pros
Work from home is the only pro.
Cons
You will think that the partners are good people when you start. That will quickly start to unravel as they bicker between each other and can't run the company for arguing. One partner is the point of contact and will lie about pay raises, bonuses, position advancements, you name it. It's a company of dangling a carrot on a stick with no intention of ever letting you catch it. Lots of excuses, you'll hear how busy they are, etc. and it's all lies. Their main, and only software architect, is amateur at best and demeans employees daily. If you are experienced in consulting and looking for a professional agency, this isn't it. The majority of their workforce just came from Best Buy or a restaurant, and they will put them in any position they can. If you like being Micromanaged, and I mean Micro, this is the place for you. The partner that leads the company acts as their CEO, Account Manager, HR, Payroll, etc. He will tell you that if you have an HR complaint you come to him and he brags to clients that he will dismiss any claim because he runs HR. I personally witnessed them doing this on multiple occasions and also witnessed sexual harassment of female employees. It's a disgusting cesspool of incompetence and low IQ. No matter your experience and skill level, the partners will think they know much more than you. They don't, trust me. None of them have had any sort of professional careers outside of small companies where they were low level employees. Now they want to run the big train set, but they don't have any track for the train. No matter, they'll get in and pretend they're driving......
