- Poor Management - Politics at its peak - Management has a puppet as a director who doesn't know anything and has always only one answer, "I will get back to you" and he never gets back - Lolipop of H1B and forcefully be asked to sign a bond of 2 years very pathetic way to retain employees. None of them got H1B and never will - 2-5% of yearly increment and no promotions for 2-3 years - Upon resigning the best employee turns into an enemy and the whole management tries to get revenge as he commits a crime - Expect calls in off hours if you ignore then your performance will be zero
