The biggest issue was the complete lack of coordination. Assignments arrived without context, project goals changed midstream, and critical details were frequently missing. Employees were forced to assemble information from scattered sources because leadership didn't communicate effectively. The constant shifting priorities made it impossible to deliver consistent results, and the pressure to "figure it out" grew heavier every week. The potential was there, but the execution fell far short.
