I have found working for AlphaCore extremely rewarding and enjoyable. The entire company is comprised of such an incredible group of positive, supportive and wonderful people who enjoy working and having fun together from the top down. They also offer excellent opportunities for growth and professional development based on your interests and areas of expertise. I've never known a corporate management team like AlphaCores management group. They genuinely care about everyone in the company and want to make sure you have everything you need to be successful. They also go out of their way to make everyone feel valued and important in everything they do. It's refreshing to work for a company that has such a positive and collaborative work environment. You honestly couldn't find a better group of coworkers and management staff anywhere.

I can honestly say I have not found any cons to working at AlphaCore. I love working with such a great group of people.

I really appreciate how transparent the leadership is—they genuinely care about us as people and want everyone to be there best selves. There's also a big emphasis on professional growth and continuing education, and I get to work alongside smart, motivated colleagues in a collaborative environment. Vacation and health insurance benefits are upon industry standards. There is a feeling of togetherness and really working as a team.

Not a con, but some departments are still defining processes and structure, as the company grows -which is actually good. They are adjusting and growing as the firm does.
