      Pros

      Easy going co-workers, responsibilities are fairly straightforward. There's a nice market and some good pizza places very close by.

      Cons

      Low pay, leadership is not good and very micro-managing. Training is not structured, if you can't pick things up quickly this might not be the place for you.

      Have hired a lot of people recently since there has been a lot of growth. Atmosphere is fun and the people are good.

      Cons

      It's a lot of work and can feel overwhelming.

      Pros

      Great co-workers. Fun days where you work constantly on excellent fire department records management software. Good flexibility with schedule. Easy proprietary programs to master. Great experience dealing with a variety of people.

      Cons

      Poor company direction when I left. Decisions are made on a case by case basis so it is tough to judge what to say to specific customers. Haphazard software development for software that has been pieced together over the course of 20+ years. No formal training.
