      Insurance and the rest of the company's virtues.

      Cons

      Old equipment, old systems. management runs around looking at new machines and never makes any decisions - always the blame game. Just put bandaids on crap that doesn't solve any of the actual problems, and when something comes out bad, guess what? Your fault!

      The position is tough and requires immense multi-tasking capabilities. But if you stick with it, it gets easier over time.
