      Good benefits and potential for overtime.

      Cons

      Not much advancement opportunity unless you're willing to relocate to another branch. Poor upper management. Very secretive, bad communication, and they tend to speak down to you.

      Strong, stable company that cares. You get what you put in.

      Cons

      The position is tough and requires immense multi-tasking capabilities. But if you stick with it, it gets easier over time.
