Pros
Job stability benefits are the only pros.
Cons
I never expected to work for a company that operates with such a high level of unprofessionalism. The overall culture is overwhelmingly toxic and hostile, and management consistently fails to address or correct this behavior. In fact, the dynamic is made worse by managers forming their own cliques with certain coworkers, which only deepens the divide and creates an unhealthy work environment. Training is minimal at best. Beyond the basic overview of Extend, no meaningful training or skill development is provided; even when repeatedly requested. This lack of support makes it nearly impossible to succeed in the role. Communication is severely lacking across the board. Employees are left to figure out processes entirely on their own, and when mistakes inevitably happen, management offers no guidance or correction. It creates a constant sense of uncertainty and frustration. Expect to be overworked and misled by what initially appears to be a competitive salary. The workload far outweighs the compensation, and the conditions quickly become unsustainable. You want to feel obligated to work weekends? Now’s your chance! (A thank you or recognition from management also won't be given). Overall, this company is not a healthy or supportive place to work. My honest recommendation is to avoid it altogether.
