good coworkers, Corporate Days off just before a long weekend, acceptable benefits

Cons

pay well below industry standards, pay lip service only to employees, company couldn't care less in reality what employees want and think, management totally out of touch with workplace and workforce, great for people starting out in their career but no career development - you have to go elsewhere for opportunities, horrible managers that have no business managing

Sales, and Marketing function budgets have been reduced, not much emphasis on traditional meter growth. Unfortunately at the direction of the local public service commissions (DC, MD, and VA)
