You need to know who's related to who to be successful at this job. The CEO is married to the CAO, their children are higher ups in the company in different departments. Bad managers won't be fired - regardless of what they do and HR involvement. Completely disorganized and incapable of creating a feasible work environment for employees that cater to patients and the community. They also refuse to pay market value for positions. There is art everywhere but they dont pay their employees.
Be prepared to work late and around the clock, especially if youre an admin in higher management.
