      Health system with room to improve with regard to infrastructure and support beyond the clinic staff. Poor allocation of resources. APCs with little influence on work location changes.

      I am working with one of the best managers I have ever worked with. This company also encourages and pays for you to get additional Epic certifications and lets you choose personal passion projects to do process improvement.

      Cons

      Small teams so work load can get a bit crazy sometimes.
