Pay and benefits were top for the industry, really drew me in with the solid raise I wouldn’t have gotten internally at my previous job.
Cons
Toxic management, toxic colleagues, made false promises frequently to employees and didn’t have our backs. Would throw us under the bus for management and tech failures.
