Liars - Consultant Alter Solutions Employee Review

- Basically they are lairs. - During the hunting and hiring process they say every word to gamble you and when you accept the contract they change a lot of points tho rise they gains and avoid you to fight for something better. - For foreign contracts, they say they will help you with all the relocation process, however, they lie again. In this case (mine) is even worst, neither the basic document in new country they do not help or give any information about how to deal with it. And the help with the relocation? Didn't exists. - They put clauses that force you to work for them with abusive charges that you basically can't pay and put you out of the range of the market. (what you do after already change the country?) - In your pay bill, they make a lot of accounting juggling. They will pay you your net, however, your gross that where the taxes are focuses, they will pay the minimum possible. And then, in your IR will be a mess, and you probably will pay for it at some point (as I did). And again, with no backup from Alter. Basically they will pay you with a lot of "vouchers and amenities" to reach the "deal". - They have no interest in keeping you psychologically healthy. They are inhuman and vultures of the worst kind. I've worked with the most capitalist people on this planet (USA) and even they know how to be less disgusting than Alter Solutions was to me and so many others. Run from this company, its a meat grinder.
