We maintain detailed records of all grievance cases and regularly report them to the relevant regulatory authorities. However, we would like to note that we have no record of any reported incidents of bullying. We have a strict zero-tolerance policy on such behaviour, and this policy is actively communicated through our culture and core values.
Additionally, we are committed to transparency and strive to ensure that our vision aligns with our publicly stated goals and strategies. If there is any perceived misalignment, we would welcome the opportunity to understand and address it.
While we are still growing as a company and may not offer the full benefits of larger corporations, we provide private health insurance, personalised well-being support, salary sacrifice schemes, and extended family leave policies.
