Fast-paced, high-growth potential. Very effective branding and lots of penetration in the space it's in.
Cons
Some turmoil due to the plans to IPO. Stock program esp. the buy-back is very concerning to employees. Need more transparency concerning company company financial and IPO strategy. How are we supposed to make career decisions when we don;t know what is happening?
