This is an Hire & Fire Company. The project tech stack is quite outdated and mostly its a legacy application. Night Shift is quite normal here. Ad-hoc (late night) calls with the client is normal. If anything goes wrong you will be the only person responsible. Every time there is a change in deployment process due to which there is no clarity and escalations.
