My experience after leaving the organization has been disappointing. Following my resignation, I encountered issues with my EPF records, specifically related to pension contributions not being correctly reflected. Despite multiple follow-ups with the finance and HR teams over an extended period, the issue remained unresolved. While my technical experience at the company was valuable, the post-employment support and responsiveness regarding employee exit formalities could be significantly improved. Additionally, work-life balance, internal politics, and the nature of project assignments were areas that could have been better managed.
