I can say HR , lacks integrity and professionalism. HR supporting staff is SUPER AMAZING and I personally know they do all they can to cover shortcomings and many times without a simple thank you. I left the company early Jan, I submitted a notice prior and tried to leave quietly, but HR took my leaving personally and is holding my PTO hours hostage!! HR refuses to pay me the hours I earned as an employee for 2 years as I NEVER took a vacation! HR claims a "personal audit" of my account needs to be done. However "audits" were already done in December and I left in January. When Payroll tried to pay them out, HR demanded a stop payment immediately. I'm just thankful there is always a trail. What is being done is unprofessional and petty. I just wanted to leave this company with all of my earned PTO hours in peace and go live my life. But apparently if HR cant control when you decide to leave, HR will control when the ties are severed.
