Not a great place to work, struggling startup - Test Engineer Altimetrik Employee Review

1. One might feel totally directionless 2. No one really cares what you do 3. Poor top management 4. Most of the employees are on bench or working on POC's. no real project in Bangalore office. 5. Although only recently the organization received a CMMi level 3 certification, no process is followed in terms of projects or resource allocation. 6. Reporting managers change constantly and sometimes projects too abruptly. This makes one go crazy.
