I have completed 2 years working here, Its the Best company I have worked so far, Very employee friendly, Most of the top management guys are from CSC, IBM, Infy, HP etc. all the Managers are very down to earth and empathizing, gives a lot of importance to employee satisfaction, also very much into all kind of sports, arts and other activities, located very close to Hosur Road so not much travel constrain as well..

Not enough coordination between the different Business Units, Lack of visibility within system and lack motivation from top to bottom layer of employees
