Pros

Good vibe, everyone is friendly and inclusive. Relaxed atmosphere, autonomy and no micromanagement for once. No gender pay gap and very multicultural.

Cons

Pay is lower than I expected based on my skills and experience. My location is not in a main city so I expected less pay but not this much less. It can be hard to do training because a lot of my department specifically are spread across the whole country and even some internationally. This would no longer be an issue once fully trained due to the tech we have in place.

Pros

Nice management and no point system

Cons

If you don't want to be homeless like I have almost been 2 times because it's impossible to make a living as a single person here. They know it too. HR is useless every fast food place around starts higher then this place. Raises every year are laughable because they are literally cents...btw it only the cost of living increase. While the upper management make all the money the hard workers in the hot no air conditioner in the the warehouse that keep this place afloat make peanuts....tell me could you live on 400 a week that's 40 hours.

Pros

The main benefit to working here is gaining experience and training as a provisional psychologist. Colleagues are supportive and friendly and you will bond over the absurdity of the unrealistic role demands. There is a lot of diversity in the workplace but you would expect that of a company that appears to struggle to retain staff.

Cons

Employees are overworked and underpaid, with minimal administrative support and unrealistic KPIs. Staff are also pressured to work outside their scope of practice without necessary training or skillsets. Employees who raise legitimate concerns about business practices are dismissed as having poor work ethic or time management skills despite it being common knowledge that the workload is unsustainable. Even when management requests direct feedback, nothing translates into change. The business is built on the concept of promoting mental wellbeing and yet struggles to create a psychologically safe or supportive environment for its own employees.
