Comprehensive induction, aiding a seamless integration into my department. Incredibly personable staff across all departments. Wonderfully supportive management and HR, (which I was truly grateful to benefit from in recent weeks.) Plenty of forward-thinking in all areas and management welcome fresh ideas and perspectives.

I can't think of any 'cons'.

As a returning employee, I’ve noticed that the environment feels quite different from when I was last here. While there have been some adjustments to get used to, it’s clear that positive changes are underway. The processes are becoming more streamlined, which is making day-to-day tasks smoother and more efficient and it’s encouraging to see the positive direction the workplace is moving in.

The office can sometimes get a bit too hot during heatwave weather, although the air con does help somewhat.
