Since joining I’ve found Altius to be a very positive and supportive working environment with a genuinely welcoming team culture. Although I was initially nervous about joining, it quickly became clear that I had made the right decision. The company has huge potential, driven by ambitious, hardworking people who are passionate about what they do. There is a strong sense of collaboration across the business, and the directors are approachable, supportive, and invested in both the company’s success and employee development. It’s refreshing to be part of a company with such energy, vision, and opportunity for growth.

So far, I genuinely haven’t experienced any downsides. The company culture, support from management, and overall working environment have exceeded my expectations since joining.

The team is incredibly kind, supportive, and welcoming. New starters receive excellent training and plenty of guidance, making it easy to settle into the role. Colleagues are patient, approachable, and always willing to help with questions. The workplace has a positive atmosphere, good teamwork, and strong support from both peers and management, creating a great environment for learning and professional development.

My experience has been overwhelmingly positive so far and I have no concerns to raise.
