I quit my current job and relocated for this position, only to be fired after 3 days. The representative refused to give me any information about why, but here's my honest review. Truthfully, I'm not quite sure that my manager even knew my name because he had so many people under him, and was regularly obtaining new training groups (the longest standing coworker I had near me had been there for 90 days). Per my nearby coworkers, you'll start by watching online video modules for roughly 4 weeks before actually working. Upon being assigned time to "shadow" another employee she said that she wasn't anticipating this and had no idea what to tell me. Additionally, the atmosphere is the severely micromanaged atmosphere (worst I've ever been involved in). There is an online clocking system, strict dress code, supervisors acting as hall monitors and forced lunch times. There are HIPAA violations every way you turn and the billing system is severely outdated and hardly usable. If none of that scares you, the high turnover rate should. They are regularly bringing in new training groups to "expand" but also because they can hardly keep and retain productive employees. During the onboarding process the trainers stressed the "necessity" of overtime, stating that you would have so much to do that you'd have no choice but to stay (anything over 2 hrs/week required approval or you wouldn't be paid). The job descriptions are very broad and not specific as to what you will actually be held responsible for. I applied for an account representative position and was given an entirely different job title on my first day. Good luck!
