Sweet owners but favoritism and poor accountability - Manager Altos Employee Review

I appreciate the company environment, being 20 yrs. of age I have got a good experience here, completed my studies here, a strong backbone helped me to do my best in my studies, I can refer this company for fresher indeed,last not the least it is my pleasure to extrovert myself. big

its all about salary , I should say, now I think I should change from here, first preference is for salary, second I want extent or increase or I should carve out cream from my professional skills, here I have adopted all those ,now I should leave my comfort leave and explore.so this is the downside i should say.

The owner is a very nice man & the benefits are good

Over worked, over stressed & underpaid. If you dont kiss butt they wont like you. They go through employees alot too.
