PATHETIC COMPANY - MEDICAL BILLING Altos Employee Review

This company is fraud company. It cheats its employees. Always making excuses to deduct employee salary. You have to work a minimum of 10 hours a day at office and even at end of the day they expect you to work extra and the company will not pay you overtime for the extra time that you work but at the time of salary will deduct your salary by giving some excuse. At the time of hiring the company will promise you Retention Bonus which is actually a BIG LIE as they do not pay any Retention Bonus. There is only 1 leave per month which is actually 12 leaves annually but if you have to take more than 12 leaves in a year then the company will deduct salary for 1 and half day instead of 1 day salary. You are paying company Half Day salary for not being able to come to office. NOW THE MANAGEMENT - The Management does not know how to manage the show. All they know is to put more and more work on employees and make them work like donkeys throughout the day and make False promises of promotions and other stuff so that employees do not run away. Although it is 5 days working but they expect you to work from home on weekends so practically you are working 7 days a week and if you dont do it then they will blame you for not being able to perform. If you decide to leave the company with proper notice DONT EXPECT that the company is going to make you payment at the time of Full and Final Settlement. THEY WILL NOT. They will keep your hard earned money and stop receiving your phone calls.
