The direction of this company has improved dramatically with its new ownership. The new management is great and a pleasure to work with. The employees are all friendly and fun to interact with - as cliche' as it may sound, they are really like a big family. The work can be engaging and challenging. There can be some flexibility in work hours if arrangements are made with management.

Wages can be on the low side. I know the new management is working on this as the company grows. Benefits are not spectacular; nonetheless, there is health coverage - and you can buy into various plans such as dental, vision, etc. The facility appearance is nothing to brag about. The buildings are in desperate need of rework or replacement.
