      No progression, management always have endless empty promises. No chance of progression ever made known

      -Nice Colleagues -Not much politics in normal staff level -No punch in or punch out of attendance

      Cons

      -Company is badly affected by the Oil crisis -Company decision is highly influenced and determined by parent company -High turnover rate in late 2015
