Pros
Co Workers are both friendly and collaborative. There is not a lot of stress and the pay is decent. Management team is strict but fair.
Cons
Dusty environment and a lot of turnover in the production staff. Sometimes it can be difficult to stay on target when there is not enough team-members in production to get material processed.
