Absolutely nothing. Worst decision of my life! You will pay money to work here. Feel really bad for the other guys I met doing this that all quit as well.

They do not tell you it all that when you go there for training and when you get back home for 6 days a week you drive 400 miles a day and work from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. knocking on doors this is a door-to-door sales job not in managing position, you're not running a market, you are going door-to-door selling. They tell you to lie to everyone make up stories whatever it takes to get to sell. They don't pay you gas like they say. you will make 480 a week and use your own money for gas and food when you're out there "training". There are only three people left that work for this whole entire company the owner and his two guys it's one big joke. Don't expect to get paid the first week and don't expect to get paid the last week. Everything you sell comes out the commission so when they say you make five hundred bucks on the sell you maybe make 60 bucks. So happy I quit, can't believe ADT would the owner **** represent them just terrible. I could write a book about all the kinds of stuff they put us through. But that's just a tiny bit of what happened so don't do it save yourself!
