Steady work Good people The company does monthly cookouts outs! Pay is decent for what you are doing. Friendly environment. Management is trying to solve problems that come up. They will try to support you. You're allowed to have one headphone in and listen to music or what ever. Even take phone calls. They will hire you regardless of your past as long as you prove to get along with everyone and don't cause any trouble. This place is a second chance for many. And it shows management cares about everyone. Get out early on Fridays!
Cons
Advancement opportunities are a bit trickier to come by but if you work hard and show it, it WILL be noticed. Dusty and dry from all the cardboard. Drink plenty of water. Turnover is a little rough but it is improving.
