Pros
- opportunity to learn (by daily work but there is also a system of compulsory internal trainings) - despite the size of the company, it is not a 100% corporate (to be fair, I would say it is a 50% corporate) - you have some power to change things but in many cases, it is a fight in the long run
Cons
- awful salary compared to the market benchmarks (this applies to all junior or senior positions, I cannot talk for director positions though) - if you're coming here to make some decent money, then this is not a right choice - their marketing strategy of constant discounts and Black Fridays at least 4-5 times a year is simply stupid... and it is hard to work for a company when you don't believe its vision and the way it treats the consumers
