      Pros

      company culture is good. employee friendly. Good products to work on. tech stacks are good.

      Cons

      Internal switch for higher grade is little difficult. you can switch internally but for same grade. like SDE2 will not get SDE3 directly. after you switch internally you have to wait for 1 appraisal cycle and prove yourself in new team to get SDE3 or higher grade
