Employee discount for the products is bigger than other companies. But thats the only pro I saw for this company

Mimimal benefits. Small office (just the backroom of one of their branches). President who thinks he's always right and doesn't accept suggestions from his employees. He wants instant improvement yet doesn't change his outdated mindset and processes

Great for getting an experience.

There is a huge difference between being strict and being hostile. Management is hostile. Pay is just enough to make ends meet.
