Decent benefits and holiday bonuses. Leadership & culture in Amarillo is unmatched.
Cons
Austin division leadership is the worst I've ever experienced. Austin SVP is willing to lie and spread false information to get what he wants, which has caused employees to leave the company. Too big of an ego to truly care about his team. Gives selective privileges to those close to him and tries to tarnish the reputation of those who stand up to him. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND working under such leadership.
