A total lack of care for contract delivery personnel. You will be talked down to and any helpful suggestions or comments will NOT be appreciated. If you have a 3 hour delivery block, you can count on 45 minutes being wasted at the operations center due to a total lack of leadership by Amazon. You will be sent into areas that demand a tremendous effort to deliver packages to and Amazon will expect you to deliver them quickly even if you have to pay to park or go to an area where there is no parking or stopping. The long and the short is, Amazon really doe's not care about you or your well being. I really believe that sooner or later they will be sued in a class action for human rights violations...................Run away from this opportunity, as it really is not as it appears............Don't be another desperate sucker.
