There are none, if some disgrunt says you were unprofessional, they automatically fire you.
Cons
The whole thing is just more race to the bottom. It's automatic anonymous bs. Literally any jerk can click a button saying you should have brought their package up the elevator to their door and therefore you weren't professional, and because no one at Amazon knows you at all, it's just an automated process to fire you.
