      Pros

      Everyone is willing to help Trainers and management nice and willing to point you in the right direction

      Cons

      Training is long (good thing) but doesn’t really prepare you for the first call With flex bidding for your hours is a stressful process. When you first go to bid you have no idea what to do and end up with a pretty sucky schedule.
