Pros
Great direct team and peers. Set on site schedule that makes it easy to plan for travel with. Decent pay, especially after a few years when you are granted stock for performance.
Cons
Terrible upper management that demands obedience without any data-based backing. If you push back, upper management will use indirect ways to make your daily operations and company culture miserable. All of management is very metric oriented and everyone is treated more as a number than a person. Furthermore, low opportunities to promote to Operation Manager's roles unless you are willing to relocate or move to FC or sort center. Those who are given promotions are Area Managers who are willing to put endless hours into work or will do anything to reach metric goals.
