I love working here. This is a fantastic place with a great management team. Ambient is a fairly flat organization as far as organization structure, so it is a place where everybody has exposure to one another from top to bottom, rolls up their sleeves and works together. If you are interested in healthcare, interested in saving lives, interested in a technology that is about to explode in the healthcare marketplace, tremendous upside to career growth, and a phenomenal work place culture, then this is your home!
Cons
Ambient is a small technology company that is growing rapidly. While it is one of the strengths it also has some limitations around spending and benefits. However, those limitations are typical in companies of this size and Ambient does a great job overcoming those limitations and more than makes up for it in environment.
