• The staff in my office were the highlight of my time at ACG.
Cons
• Negative culture, especially in QLD head office.
• Micromanagement is expected from all departments.
• Salaries are low and not competitive. This is not the case if you are in a Supervisor role, expect your monthly bonuses to more than admin's staff monthly wage.
• Additionally HR and Upper management are not open to pay increase to the national standard, even when you have taken on more responsibility.
• Upper management and HR treat “lower level” staff poorly. Management will treat you very differently if you are in an admin/office role. Management will priorities Supervisors over admin staff, resulting in admin staff being punished for Supervisors mistakes.
• Minimal career progression.
• Very high employee turnover.
